I've studied the picture for quite sometime now and I have to say the artist did a fantastic job! At first glance I was a little disappointed because I thought all my boys looked the same in the picture... but when I looked closer I realized the artist captured each one perfectly! There was a little switch up on what they were supposed to be holding and I'm waiting for my 2nd proof but so far I am totally in love with it!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.! So I wanted to place an order with turned yellow, my assistant placed it with simpsonifyme by mistake. I got worried thinking it was fraud company so before i contacted my bank to do a charge back i contacted the company since I never recived a confirmation email. The customer service rep had a whole attitude i let her know and after two email i decided to cancle my order with them. So I got caused out i was called an" entitled b@#$%".

We were so excited when we came across the opportunity to drop our little family into the world of the Simpsons. Each member of the family had input on how we wanted to look if we were a citizen of Springfield and the team hit it out of the ballpark! Every little detail, including minor edits at the end were honored with no hassle. Our vision was right in front of our eyes in just a few days. We love it! Thank you so much to SimpsonIfyme for giving us a good laugh!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.!

I'm so happy with my SimpsonifyMe drawing! It came out perfect! My artist did an amazing job and was very friendly and accommodating to include personal details! Thank you!

10/10 would buy again! The process overall took a little longer than anticipated, but the team is really good at communicating updates to your order when you ask. The print came out amazing, and I am really happy with the results!

The family portrait turned out great! Everyone I showed it to was shocked- "It actually looks like you guys!" It's a gift for my husband and I know he's going to get a kick out of it. Thank you!

Absolutely atrocious art work that we wasted $160 aud on and cannot get a refund.
Was meant to be a father's day gift, however, there was no way we could gift the image we were given.
The artwork was beyond terrible, looked nothing like the photo provided and the amended changes barely changed a thing.
Don't waste your money with this mediocre company and "artists!"

They turned our favorite photo into a timeless art piece. For our 10 year together and 5 years married, literally brought tears to my eyes.

Tip for consumers:
NO TIP, it was quite easy to place my order actually.

Came out perfect! I changed my mind about having a custom background and it was no problem to switch it up. My dad is going to love this for Father's Day!

Tip for consumers:
Be careful while deciding the picture as you do get unlimited revision but artist won't be able to change the whole set up of the image.

I provided several photographs and specific, simple instructions which were not followed. During the process, the artist * would send a proof with incorrect details and I would refer back to the original instructions/photos (such as hair color or size of pet) and each new proof came several days later with only one minor thing changed. We had about 4 exchanges like this over two weeks, each time I referred back to the original instructions and each revision (which wouldn't have been needed if photo details & instructions had been followed in the first place) took several days and made the process excruciatingly slow and frustrating. Finally I just accepted the proof so it would be finished in time to be given as a gift. Communication with the artist never included any actual acknowledgment or confirmation of what I wanted. The final product is okay but the people in the drawing don't resemble the photos very much and each has the wrong hair color—and the dog (huge in photos) looks miniature despite multiple requests. Not what I expected for $200.

"The Simpsons" and smoking cigars together is a real bond between myself and my 2 sons. I asked for art based on an episode where cigars are smoked ("The Trouble with Trillions"). I sent pics of myself and my sons. First draft was very good, but I asked for changes. They made them quickly and accurately. I printed on glossy paper, framed and my sons loved it! The turnaround was so quick, I received the first draft within a few hours. I had a few small revisions to request and they were taken by the team without hesitation and again, the turnaround was very quick. The artist used some creative license in certain parts and they knocked them out of the park, really capturing the essence of the family just from a few pictures. The price was very reasonable and it was nice to have the option between a print or canvas. I highly recommend Simpsonifyme!

I gave a picture of two friends to simpsonifyme. They changed the posture so much and the woman's face and hair were completely unrecognizable. The man wasn't really recognisable either, but "à la rigueur" and with everything else matching it might have worked. So I wrote to them, asking them kindly for improvement. All they had to say was I had to pay another 25$ (on top of prizealready paid) for those changes. After three emails, I gave up. NEVER again!

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust the reviews on the site! I wrote a bad one, I never saw it, and by the way, I did not even have the chance to choose from 1-5 stars.

For what seems like would be am amazing treat for a Simpsons fan turned out to me a nightmare. This was a gift so I was NOT privy to the "approval" process, but there is no way the gift-er would have approved this atrocity. The drawing is so bad with multiple glaring errors (wrong hair color in three of the four people), one of my sons looks like a stock image of a brown haired boy (not him AT ALL), my husband is the WRONG ETHNICITY and I look like some sort of creature from the blue lagoon. It serious is horrible. I keep this "gift" stored facing the wall in the back of my closet. Customer service was extremely unhelpful as well, giving me snarky comments and sarcasm. Don't do it, even it it looks cute-sy and fun. Try one of the other companies.

I got it for mother's day and she was very happy about it. She loved it and asked if we can also have a family picture converted as we are a Simpsons die hard fans. So, I place 2 other orders one for fathers day and the other one of a family picture. All the orders were quite faster as compared to other sites due to this pandemic. I loved how they happily revised my order and did not charge me for the revisions. Their customer service made me feel really good. My whole family, including me, were satisfied with all the three purchases that we made.

After placing my order the processing went okay and the making of the painting when actually really fast it was done in two days I do believe and then they sent it to printing on their website it says printing takes two to four days sometimes a little extra longer which I understand but 12 days later and I still did not have any information besides it was printing and the people were rude as hell with every response that they've had with me I wanted this gift on the 23rd for my anniversary and here it is April 1st and it is finally being received today I give them such a low rating because of their crappy customer service and how rude they are every time they don't have a phone number you can call you can only email them they take forever to get back to you and I'm also giving them such a low rating because of how long the process took went on their website it's States two to four days for the the painting and then two to four days for the printing I ordered this on March 18th and I'm just now finally getting it

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to wait a long time and not get straight forward answer from the rude company

I love the art I received... and can't wait to frame it and give it to my two sons.

I also enjoyed the experience of dealing with these folks. They used the photos I supplied to capture the likeness of each person, were really responsive and generous with the changes I requested. I'm trying to figure out a reason why I should buy another picture!

Worst experience I have ever had online - there is obviously a reason this company only has an email option for contact us. DON'T waste your money, there are LOTS of other good companies out there who offer the exact same service and do a much better job. The digital illustration looked nothing like my family and a ton of items that were asked for on the original order were missing. I have asked for a revision six times now on a never ending email loop with * (apparently he is "support) over the past three days to include the missing items requested on my original order and have yet to see a revision.

We Loved loved loved our family pic! It looked great on the draft email and even better in person. Super satisfied with the quality! My husband absolutely loved it! It was a great Father's Day gift. I look forward in purchasing more pics!

Ordered a portrait for nephew as he's a huge Simpson's fan, it cost over £100 and was really bad. So emailed and asked for it to be amended - ignored for 4 days - so left a review on another site. Yesterday and today I've been subjected to a litany of abusive and threatening emails from a "customer service agent" who told me they wouldn't make any amends whilst I had a given them a poor review. Asked for the complaints department and was threatened with legal action and told to stop harassing them! Honestly, you couldn't make it up! Shoddy product and atrocious customer service - steer clear!

I had a terrible customer service experience. I am actually afraid of the support at this point, but am posting because if I had read some of these reviews beforehand I would not have used this company.

I'm nearly certain that I selected 5 people for my drawing. I uploaded 5 pictures. I added simple details about clothing.

However, I was only charged for one person. Asked no questions. All my notes were ignored. And was sent a final product that resembled nothing close to what I ordered.

When I started my customer service inquiry, I fully intended to correct the issue. Pay the extra money to have the situation corrected and receive the final artwork.

However... customer service only responds every 4+ days and is extremely rude, bringing out the worst in me as well (I was rude too!). It took weeks for the conversation below to transpire.

You paid $40. That's price for 1 person. Your confirmation email shows you selected 1 person.

You may have uploaded photo of 5 people, but we are not going to give you something you did not pay for. The artists are instructed to follow what YOU select. It is mentioned right on our product page that notes with incorrect selections will be assumed by the artists.

If you believe we deserve negative reviews because of your mistake, then please go ahead and do as you please because there is nothing we can say that will make sense to you.

Also, BBB is a private organization that has no control over any business so that name holds no weight.

I may have selected the incorrect number and am willing to admit that. However, if I were an artist and I noticed 5 photos with details about 5 people, I'm not sure how I would proceed with the order. The order should have been questioned before being created. How did the artist select which photo to use? And why were the notes about details completely ignored?

I will be researching additional ways to write negative reviews after receiving this rude "support" response.

I understand your frustration, but being condescending to me is not going to solve anything.

Our artists work on 300 portraits a day, it is physically not possible for them to stop their work and reach out to find if the customer made a mistake. This not only is inefficient at scale, it delays other customers' orders.

This is stated quite clearly on our website - "Any details or incorrect selections not included in the order notes or selection will be assumed by the artist."

Your $40 is not donation, you have our work in exchange.

The only reason you feel we are being rude is because we are not doing it for free. If writing incorrect negative reviews is going to satisfy you, then well then no one is stopping you. But that is wrong.

Well you did what you said you would, you did leave negative reviews where you could.

Although we have talked to Trustpilot that this review mentions personal information which is pretty harmful for someone to do to someone else over the internet and did not provide an accurate picture and is therefore defamatory, there is a possibility that it is going to stay online forever.

If over a $40 dispute, you wanted to hurt a business, which includes 50+ people not just me that depend on this for their livelihood, by writing hurtful things just because you were angry, well then you have achieved that. Hope that is what you wanted to do.
